I believe in the healing and connecting power of rituals, especially in transitional periods such as pregnancy, birth and motherhood. Rituals give security and comfort, help us to see things clearly, to recognize and to set an intention. This treasure has largely been lost in modern times and even in pregnancy, rituals are limited to the doctor‘s checkups, and the issuing of the maternity passport.
But there are so many wonderful ways to bring the magic of rituals into our modern world, to provide the expectant mother and baby with symbols of strength and confidence, spiritual protection, support and good wishes.
Rituals before birth
CONSCIOUS CONCEPTION
Yoga asanas, meditation and breathing exercises calm the mind and bring you in connection with your body and your true nature. I help you to consciously prepare for your conception and to let go of what no longer serves you, because we not only pass on our DNA to the baby, but also all the things we have not clarified within ourselves.

Do you want to journey into the birth of your baby feeling empowered and fully trusting? Mom-tobe is a holistic session to prepare you for birth, which will include a bespoke combination of conversations, yoga asanas for your trimester, breathing techniques, to align the body, mind and spirit; guided meditations and relaxing massages with essential oils. (each session is unique and may not include all of the above, but the perfect combination to suit your needs).

FEELING READY
Is your due date approaching and you aren‘t finding the time in your everyday life to consciously tune into it? PARTNER-SESSION
This session is for you and your partner or birth partner to get in the mood for pregnancy and birth together, to prepare and to be in conscious communication with your baby. Together we will address any questions you may have and I will show you which natural methods and birth positions can alleviate pain and have a beneficial effect during birth.

Rituals after birth
MAMA RITUAL
During pregnancy your body – pelvic floor, joints and ligaments – have expanded and widened. But you have also opened yourself emotionally and spiritually for the birth of your child, whether it was a spontaneous birth or by caesarean section. Mama Ritual is a mexican healing ritual that uses tied cloths to support the process of closure and help you reconnect to your own center. A soothing massage with healing oils completes the ceremony. For the ritual an additional person that you trust is needed, be it your partner, a friend or a family member.

The Mama Healing Ritual offers you and your baby intimate moments of togetherness and contact.

WELCOME CEREMONY FOR YOUR BABY
Finally your baby is here. Congratulations! Pregnancy, birth and puerperium are behind you and now you want to welcome your baby into this world with a celebration? Then a ceremony with wonderful rituals, a welcome party, is a great occasion to celebrate with friends and family - the arrival of your baby and the entry into parenthood. The welcome ceremony is an alternative to the classic baptism, especially if you do not feel connected to the institution of the church, but your heart beats for nature spirituality. Together with you I will create the welcome ceremony for your baby and choose the rituals that resonate with you. The ceremony is an opportunity for you to consciously accept the role of mother and father, to reflect on what this means to you. Enjoy the support and encouragement of relatives, friends and godparents of the child, who also have the opportunity to express their wishes and blessings.
