YOGA DURING PREGNANCY
Yoga during pregnancy helps you consciously create a space of connection, with yourself and your baby. With prenatal yoga you can prepare yourself not just physically and mentally but also emotionally and spiritually for the birth. The asanas (physical exercises) are especially designed for the time of pregnancy, and unlike regular yoga sessions, they are more about the meditative aspect of opening up, learning to let go and being in tune with your own body.
Yoga asanas, meditation, music and gentle breathing exercises help you to calm down, to let go of fears, to raise your energy and to fully trust in your sacred feminine powers. Feel free to join from the 12th week of pregnancy onwards.

YOGA AFTER BIRTH
Congratulations on your birth and being a new mama. Perhaps the first weeks have now passed and you’re craving a yoga practice that is aligned with your needs? Something that lifts up your energy level and that helps you strengthen your center? Postnatal Yoga is especially created for newborn mothers. The asanas focus on rebuilding, strengthening the core, and the pelvic floor. Tensions in the back and shoulder area, which often arise from carrying the baby and feeding, are released and relaxed. I will show you exercises, that you can integrate in your daily life, and that will help you create some space for yourself, to recharge your batteries.
I offer postnatal yoga as Online Sessions and Personal Sessions in Mallorca, in the comfort of your own home and together with your baby. Depending on your birth journey I recommend to start with postnatal yoga at the earliest from the 6th week after birth.
